Use of Content for field trials and evaluations
The Le@rning Federation online curriculum content (Content) has been developed through funding
provided by Australian Commonwealth, State and Territory and New Zealand governments as part of The Le@rning Federation Initiative.
Copyright in Content is owned by Curriculum Corporation unless otherwise indicated. Where copyright
vests in third parties, the relevant copyright and acknowledgement information is located within the
Content.
Permitted use of Content for Education Systems and Sectors
The Content is provided to Australian and New Zealand education systems and sectors for the following
permitted uses:
- download, copy and store Content;
- view Content; and
- distribute Content within the Australian and New Zealand education systems and sectors
provided:
- such uses are limited to non-profit educational purposes in Australia and New Zealand for Content field trials and evaluations of learning environments; and
- these Conditions of Use form part of any Content you distribute.
The Content, or any part of it, may not be:
- sold , used or exploited for any commercial purpose;
- used for non-educational purposes;
- distributed to the public (including via the Internet); or
- modified or adapted.
As a user of the Content, Curriculum Corporation does not require you to pay any fee to Copyright
Agency Ltd (CAL).
This licence expires on 31 December 2008. Curriculum Corporation may at any time prior to this date
terminate this licence by immediate notice.

permitted uses:
- download, copy and store Content; and
- view Content
provided such uses are limited to non-profit educational purposes in Australia and New Zealand for
